Things to know before departure

High speed ferries and ferries depart from the Marina Piccola port. You can walk to the port from Piazza Tasso by descending about 100 steps, or take the Cooperativo Tasso bus. There is also an elevator between Sorrento's Villa Comunale and the port.

From Easter to the beginning of November, no vehicles can be embarked for Capri. If you are traveling by car, you must leave it parked on the mainland. At the Marina Piccola port, there is a parking garage and scooter parking.
